This policy complements our values by prescribing concrete responses to a variety of situations – without restricting the personal responsibility of the individual concerned. One of the requirements of compliance at PILLAR is that each employee knows and observes the laws and regulations that apply to their work. Each service must be properly described in a formal agreement before it is performed. All work and business processes must be documented in a comprehensible manner. We understand the importance of keeping confidential information secret and have measures in place to protect it against access by third parties at all times. This applies in particular to electronic data, which is additionally protected by our own IT code of practice. Our job also entails attaching maximum priority to industrial safety and accident prevention. In this context, we voluntarily strive to exceed the statutory standards in many cases. All PILLAR Professionals must comply with a further, unwritten law, namely without exception to treat business partners and, of course, colleagues with respect to our environmental responsibility


PILLAR Resources accepts a special obligation to the environment and its protection. For this reason, we always apply the most environment-friendly and lowest-impact restoration method. Our compliance with all national environmental protection laws goes without saying. A company ignoring this obligation can incur very extensive liability.
